摘要
研究分析了钻杆公母接头间间隙的确定,探讨了用42CrMo制作钻杆接头的热处理规范和主要加工工艺,从而确定比较科学、合理的热处理工艺规范和机械加工工艺。
This paper provided method of confirming clearance of drill pipe tie-in. Simultaneously heat treatment criterion and primary technological design of machining drill pipe tie-in by 42CrMo have been discussed. Consequently this paper confirmed scientific and reasonable heat treatment criterion and technological design.
