摘要
利用APDL语言建立行星齿轮的参数化模型,通过修改参数文件中的齿轮相关参数,在ANSYS软件中自动建立相应的行星轮系模型。通过ANSYS求解得到行星齿轮系固有频率以及对应的模态振型,为齿轮系统设计提供方便。
This paper built parameterized finite element model of planetary, gears in ANSYS environment with the model of APDL. After the users input gear parameters, the software can transfer the parameters to ANSYS automatically, and complete the finite elment model and the meshing, h was automatically that the dynamic mode analysis was done for the planetary gears, and obtained the natural frequency and the vibration mode in order to facilitate the design of the gear system.
