摘要
针对浇注系统平衡流动对组合型腔注塑模具的重要性,采用CAE技术对充填过程进行模拟,并根据模拟结果优化模具浇注系统尺寸,实现阅读器组合型腔模具浇注系统的平衡流动。
In view of the importance of flow balance for the Portfolio cavity injection molding, Process of injection was simulated and analyzed by CAE technique, and in accordance with the flow simulation results to determine the flow section size, thus the flow balance will achieved for the card reader Portfolio cavity injection mould.
