摘要
以磁悬浮轴承支承转子系统的组成及工作原理为基础,运用有限元ANSYS11建立磁悬浮轴承支承的转子的三维模型,通过模态分析模块分析该转子的前三阶固有频率和振型,并与实验模态分析作比较,仿真结果与实验结果有一定的误差,但误差不大,最大误差是6.9%,最小误差是1.03%,给进一步分析该转子的动态特性提供了基本正确的有限元模型。
Based on the principle of active magnetic bearing rotor-system, a 3D finite element model of the rotor supported by AMB was established by ANSYS11. Initial three order natural frequencies and vibration model shapes were calculated by the module of modal analysis of ANSYSll, and compared with the results of experimental modal analysis. There was a certain difference between the results of emulation and experiment,but the difference was small. The maximal difference was is 6.9%, the minimum is 1.03%. And it provides right model of finite element for ulteriorly analysising dynamic characteristic of the rotor.
