摘要 阐述了虚拟样机技术的概念,运用虚拟样机技术,可简化机械产品的设计开发过程,获得最优化和创新的设计产品。基于ADAMS软件,建立了一级减速器的虚拟样机模型,对其齿轮啮合进行了仿真分析,通过实例阐述了应用虚拟样机技术进行机构设计的过程。 The concept, related technology and applications of virtual prototyping technology are expatiated. Based on ADAMS soflware, virtual prototype model for gear reducer is established, and carried out simulating analysis for its mesh. Finally, the process of applying virtual prototyping technology to carry out an example designs is expounded.
