摘要
某中板厂板坯长度从1700mm增至2000mm,推钢机摇杆结构需作相应修改。采用ANSYS软件,建立了推钢机机构的整体模型,通过在各铰接处设置接触单元的方法,计算摇杆的强度。计算结果表明,摇杆强度满足使用要求。
The structure of the steel pusher rocker should be amended according to the length of slab which increased from 1700mm to 2000mm in a medium plate Plant. The whole model of steel pusher was built up. The strength of the rocker was calculated in ANSYS by the way of setting up the contact element on Hinge Joint. The results show that the strength of rocker can satisfy the use requirement.
