摘要
设计了一种二级铰杆增力机构,增大低速惯性摩擦离合器摩擦片的正压力,解决了低速摩擦离合器工作时动力不足、传递功率低的问题。通过增力机构的巧妙设计和增力计算、分析,确定了离合器工作时的增力倍数、工作参数和提高机构工作能力的基本途径。
For disolving the problem that the low speed Inertia Friction Cluch lacks force, this paper designs a kind of hinged mechanism with two strenthening force structures. On the basis of the special design and counting its times of the strenthening force and deciding its runing data, this paper analyses and explains the characters and properties of this kind of strenthening force mechanism.
