煤炭工业可持续发展的协同学理论及神经控制系统

COORDINATION THEORY AND NEURAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF COAL INDUSTRY

本文在定义发展是一个系统概念的基础上，运用协同学理论对煤炭工业可持续发展问题进行了研究，建立了煤炭工业可持续发展的协同学模型，总结出“天人合一”型、“天塌人亡”型和“人必胜天”型发展模式存在及演化的条件，对目前煤炭工业可持续发展所处的阶段及发展方向进行了剖析。提出了煤炭工业可持续发展的闭环控制模式，讨论了煤炭工业可持续发展神经控制系统的结构。

Based on the definiting the development as a system concept. this paper studies the sustainableclevelopment of coal industry (SDCI) using coordination theory; buileds up the coodination models for SDCIresearch: summarizes the existing and evolving conditions of its development modes of 'man and nature combine into one', 'mutual restraint between man and nature' and 'man must conquer nature': suggestes aclosed- loop control mode; and discusses the structure of SDCI's neural control system.
