炎症介质与血栓形成和凝血的关系 被引量:16

摘要 近年来研究显示炎症介质与血栓形成和凝血的关系密切,本文主要介绍高迁移率族蛋白B1、组织因子、组织因子途径抑制物、蛋白C系统,凝血酶、血栓调节蛋白和血栓形成、凝血的关系。通过炎症介质与血栓形成和凝血的关系研究对认识动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成等疾病发病机制,指导临床治疗提供帮助。
