摘要
重介质选煤具有分选精度高,分选密度调节范围宽,可高效分选难选煤和极难选煤及适应能力强等特点,其分选精度大大高于其它选煤工艺(对中等可选性以上煤种,分选的数量效率比跳汰分选工艺高5%~10%),经济效益十分显著。近年来不仅大型设备可靠性和自动化水平有着较大幅度的提高,新研制成功的各类重介质选煤工艺与设备等先进的成果简化原较为复杂的重介质选煤工艺,进一步为重介质选煤工艺的普及创造条件。更有高磁场磁选机和耐磨泵等设备及材料的出现为降低介耗和提高辅助设备寿命前进一大步。
Heavy-medium coal-separation is characterized by its high separation accuracy, wide densityregulating range, high efficiency for separating refractory and very refractory coal, and high adaptability. Itsseparation accuracy is obviously higher than other separation technologies (for the coal with over-middle separation ability, its separation efficiency in quantity is higher than jigging by 5~10% ) and its economic benefitis very high. In recent yearsi not only the levels of reliability and automation of heavy-duty equipment increased greatly, but also new heavy-medium coal-separation technology and equipment also developed. So that,it provides the conditions for widely using heavy-medium coal-separation technology. Moreover,the appearanceof high intensity magnetic separators, hatd-wearing pumps and materials can make to decrease mediurn consumption and increase the life of auxiliary equipment in a long step towards.
