鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻部缺损8例报告

Clinical application of nasolabial sulcus flap to the reconstruction of nasal defects(a report of 8 cases)

目的探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部缺损修复中的作用。方法收集我院2002年1月～2006年1月鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻部缺损8例资料,均以在缺损区邻近设计并制作带蒂鼻唇沟皮瓣,经隧道至缺损区,供区直接拉拢缝合。结果8例鼻唇沟皮瓣全部成活,外形满意。结论鼻部组织缺损不大者可用邻近鼻唇沟皮瓣修复,能取得满意临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nasolabial sulcus flap to the reconstruction of nasal defects. Methods Clinical data of 8 cases of nasal defects repaired with nasolabial sulcus flap from Jan. 2002 to Jan. 2006 was analyzed retrospectively. A nasolabial sulcus flap with a subcutis pedicle was designed and prepared adjacent to the defect area. This flap via the subcutaneous tunnel covered the defect and the donor site was directly sutured. Results The flaps were alive and the defects were repaired with excellent appearance in all 8 cases. Conclusion The nasal defect, if not too wide, can be repaired by nasolabial sulcus flap with an excellent clinical outcome.
