摘要 目的探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因HincⅡ多态性与原发性高血压(EH)伴肥胖的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法测定86例EH患者和120例正常对照者的LDLR基因型。结果LDLR分CC、CT、TT3种基因型。EH组C等位基因频率高于对照组(P<0.05)。EH组具有C等位基因者(CC基因型+CT基因型)体重指数(BMI)及腰围(WC)高于TT基因型者(P<0.05)。结论LDLR基因多态性可能与EH伴肥胖相关。 Objective To determine the relationship between Hinc Ⅱ polymorphsim of low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) gene and essential hypertension (EH) with obesity. Methods The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method was used to examine the genotypes of LDLR gene in 86 cases with EH and 120 unrelated healthy individuals. Results LDLR included three genotypes (CC,TF and CT). The frequency of C allele in EH group was higher than that of controls ( P 〈0. 05). The body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) of C allele carrier ( CC + CT) were higher than those of TT genotype in EH group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions LDLR gene polymorphism might be associated with EH accompanied obesity.
