内镜逆行胰胆管造影与胆胰管内超声联合在诊治胆胰疾病中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 20余年来，内镜超声检查（endoscopic ultrasonography，EUS）的临床应用已取得巨大成功。而随着腔内超声新器械的不断发展和应用．特别是随着近10年胆胰管内超声（intraductal uhrasono graphy，IDUS）的进展，内镜逆行胰胆管造影endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography，ERCP）或经皮肝胆道穿刺引流术（percutaneous transhepatie cholangiography drainage,PTCD）已能清晰显示胆管和胰管腔内、
