特发性血小板减少性紫癜的规范化诊断 被引量：3

摘要 特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, ITP ） 是一种免疫介导的血小板减少综合征，是临床最常见的出血性疾病，约占出血性疾病总数的30％。一般认为，该病是由自身抗体致敏的血小板被单核巨噬细胞系统过度破坏所致。而近年还提出了自身抗体介导的巨核细胞数量和质量异常吸细胞毒T细胞直接溶解血小板的新理论。此外，ITP的诊断及治疗等方面近来也已取得重要进展，欧美相继制定了ITP的诊断和治疗指南。本文主要探讨成人ITP的规范化诊断。
