微透析技术在脑缺血研究中的应用

摘要 微透析(microdialysis)技术是将灌流取样和透析技术结合起来并日益成熟的一种新型生物采样和给药技术。脑缺血后脑组织会出现一系列的神经生化和能量代谢改变。使用微透析技术能实时、连续、在线地监测这些变化,为深入了解脑缺血的病理变化以及临床防治提供了新方法。本文对微透析技术的原理、方法及其在脑缺血研究方面的应用状况进行综述。
