Notch信号通路在脑胶质瘤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Notch信号通路通过细胞间受体及配体作用介导信号转导,在系统发育及肿瘤发生、发展等生理病理过程中发挥重要作用。Notch信号通路在脑胶质瘤方面也被广泛研究,Notch配体、受体及其下游基因在脑胶质瘤中都有不同程度的增高,且与胶质瘤级别呈一定的相关性。选择性抑制Notch信号通路,胶质瘤细胞生长受抑、凋亡增加,肿瘤动物模型存活时间延长。最近研究还发现Notch的配体之一DLL4(Deltalike-4)可以抑制肿瘤血管内皮细胞增殖,调控肿瘤血管形成,成为潜在的胶质瘤治疗靶点。
