摘要
为了提高热敏变色材料的稳定性和变色可逆性,以蜜胺树脂为壳材,结晶紫内酯硬脂酸十四醇有机复配物为芯材,加入乳化剂乳化,黄原胶水溶液为保护胶体,将热敏变色材料制备成微胶囊。制备工艺:乳化剂质量分数为2%,超声波乳化时间为30 min,芯壳质量比为2∶1,搅拌转速为720 r/min,反应温度为70℃。制备的微胶囊变色温度为46℃,变色时间为25 s,复色温度为40℃,复色时间为49 s,可在紫色和浅黄色之间发生可逆变化。
In order to enhance the stability,and reversibility of thermochomic materials, using melamine resin as the wall materials, and the crystal violet lactone-stearic acid and tetradecanol as the core, and adding emulsifying agent and xanthan gum aqueous solution as the protective colloid, organic thermal materials are prepared and microencapsulted. Preparation technics : the mass of emulsifier is 2 %, super ultrasonic emulsified time is 30 min, the ratio of core and shell is 2 : 1, the rate of stirring is 720 r/min and the temperature of reaction is 70 ℃. The temperature of color changing of the microcapsule is 46 ℃, while the time of color changing is 25 s, and the temperature and the time of color fading are 40 ℃ and 49 s, and its color change reversibly can be affected between purple and light yellow.
