摘要
为较好地解决髌骨骨折术后膝关节面解剖完整，维持伸膝装置，消除骨折块旋转移位，使患者早期活动，加速膝关节的功能康复。１９９２年６月以来，采用股四头肌腱膜条张力带克氏针内固定治疗５２例髌骨骨折，其中髌骨体部横形骨折１７例，上部横形骨折１１例，下部横形骨折１３例，粉碎性骨折１１例。术后随访６个月～１３个月，平均８个月。骨折愈合最短５周，最长９周。术后４周～６周膝关节活动达正常或接近正常范围的满意效果。介绍和讨论了手术方法及优点。认为，股四头肌腱膜条张力带内固定术是治疗各种类型髌骨骨折的理想术式。
In the study of the efficacy of internal fixation with tension band of musculofascial tendon in the treatment of fracture of patella, 52 cases were reported. After a followingup of 6 months to 13 months the bone healing was observed, in 7.5 weeks in average, and the function of the knee joint had recovered to normal or almost normal. It was concluded that the treatment of fracture of patella by internal fixation with tension band from musculofascial tendon was a ideal and practicable method.
