胆囊腺肌增生症的X线诊断(附14例报告)

Xray Diagnosis of Adenomyomatosis of the Gallbladder: Analysis of 14 Cases

目的：本文探讨胆囊腺肌增生症的Ｘ线诊断与鉴别诊断。材料与方法：１４例胆囊腺肌增生症的患者均经胆囊造影和Ｂ超检查，１２例经手术、病理证实。结果：根据病理改变和Ｘ线表现可分为３型：（１）弥漫型；（２）节段型；（３）局限型或基底型。结论：根据胆囊造影，胆囊壁发现罗阿氏窦、胆囊功能正常，大多数病例术前能作出诊断与鉴别诊断。

Objective: To explore the Xray diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder.Materials and Methods:14 patients with adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder were examined by chlecystography and ultrasound, among them 12 cases were proved surgically and pathologically.Results:According to its pathologic change and Xray findings, it may be divided into three types: (1)Diffuse type; (2)Segmental type; (3)Localized type (or basal type). Conclusion: Xray diagonsis and differentiation could be made preoperatively in most cases based on the cholecystography, in which RokitanskyAschoff sinus on the wall of gallbladder and normal gallbladder function were found.
