摘要
本研究应用四血管结扎大鼠全脑缺血模型,借助放射免疫分析法,观察了大鼠脑缺血后皮层亮-脑啡肽(LEK)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的动态变化,在此基础上进一步观察了预先侧脑室注射亮-脑啡肽抗血清(LEK-AS)对脑缺血后皮层β-EP、AVP含量的影响。结果显示:LEK的含量在脑缺血早期明显升高而后迅速降低,β-EP、AVP则随着缺血时间的延长逐渐升高;预先予侧脑室注射LEK-AS后,缺血皮层β-EP、AVP的含量明显降低。研究结果提示:LEK、β-EP、AVP均参与脑缺血的病理生理过程,LEK可能通过影响AVP或/和β-EP而间接参与脑缺血的病理生理过程。
By radioimminoassay,on the fourvessel occlusion model in the rat,the dynamic changes of Leuenkephalin (LEK)、βendorphin (βEP) and arginine vasopressin (AVP) contents in cortex after cerebral ischemia and the effects of preliminary intraventricular injection of LEK antiserum (LEKAS) on βEP and AVP contents in ischemic cortex were observed. The results showed that,after cerebral ischemia,LEK contents increased at first and then dropped quickly,βEP and AVP contents increased gradually. The results also demonstrated that preliminary intraventricular injection of LEKAS might inhibit the increase of βEP and AVP contents in ischemic cortex. This study suggests that LEK、βEP and AVP all participate in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia,and LEK might participate in the process indirectly by exerting influence on AVP and βEP.
