摘要
本实验用一氧化氮(NO)合成抑制剂—左旋硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)复制大鼠高血压心脏肥大模型并作缺血再灌注(I/R)处理,以观察缺血预处理(IPC)对高血压肥大心脏I/R损伤的影响及NO在其中的作用。结果显示:IPC能减轻大鼠高血压肥大心脏I/R损伤,其程度与IPC对正常心脏I/R损伤的保护相近,表明高血压肥大心脏同样具有IPC保护现象,但NO在本模型中未起作用。
To investigatelogy the effect of ischemic preconditioning(IPC) on ischemia reperfusion(I/R) injury of hypertensive cardiomegaly and the action of nitric oxide (NO) on IPC, a model of NGNitroLArginine(LNNA)induced hypertensive cardiomegaly was replicated and IPC was performed in the present study. Results showed that IPC attenuated the I/R injury of rat hypertensive cardiomegaly. The protective effect of IPC in LNNAinduced hypertensive cardiomegaly heart was similar to that in normal heart. It is suggested that there is still IPC protective phenomenon in hypertensive cardiomegaly heart and NO is not involved in IPC in this model.
