退休接尘矿工肺功能损害的配对研究

A Match Study on Lung Function in Retired Nickel Miners Exposed to Dust

目的：研究退休接尘矿工的肺功能损害情况。方法：在某镍矿对退休接尘矿工和对照矿工进行了肺功能的配对研究。结果：不论吸烟与否，退休接尘矿工的ＦＶＣ、ＦＥＶ１Ｖ７５、Ｖ５０等肺功能指标的实测值、实测值占预计值％较对照组明显降低，异常率则显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）。结论：退休接尘矿工肺功能损害仍然存在，应引起重视。

Objective:The purpose of this paper was to research the injury of dust to lung function. Methods: We made a match analysis between retired miners exposed to dust and controls in a nickel mine. Results:[WT5”BZ〗The exposed group,whether smoking or not, had lower lung function(FVC,FEV1,75,50) and lesser proportion of measured values which predicated lung function(%),but higher prevalance of abnormality in lung function than those of the control (P<005 or 0.01).
