胸腰部移行椎与腰骶部移行椎关系的研究

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THORACOLUMABAR TRANSITIONAL VERTEBRAE AND LUMBOSACRAL TRANSITIONAL VERTEBRAE-A BADIOGRAPHIC STUDY

目的:探讨胸腰部移行椎与腰骶部移行椎的关系.方法:对573名成年腰椎X线片进行分析,统计胸腰部移行椎和腰骶部移行椎的发生率和分布情况以及二者之间关系.结果:共发现胸腰部移行椎和/或腰骶部移行椎124例,占21.6%.其中胸腰部移行椎合并腰骶部移行椎70例,随胸腰部移行椎由不完全型向完全型的发展,合并的腰骶部移行椎似有自I型至IV型过渡之趋势.结论;对于胸腰部移行椎合并腰骶部移行椎应引起重视,必要时应摄胸椎X线片以明确诊断.

To investigate the relationship between thoracolumbar transitional vertebrae and lumbosacaral transitional vertebrae. Methods: The lumbar radiographs from 573 Chinese adults were obsersved and the incidence and classification of both transitions vertebrae and their relationship were analysed. Results: A total of 124(21. 6%) thoracolumbar transitional vertebrae and/or lumbosacral were identified. Seventy cases of thoracolumbar transitional vertebrae were found to be compounded with lumbosacral transitional vertebrae. With incomplete type transforming into complete type of thoracolumar transitional vertebrae, there seemed to be a trend from type I to type IV of the coexisting lumbosacral transitional vertebrae. Conclusion; Great attention should be paid to the compounded thoracolumar and lumbosacral transitional vertebrae. The radiographic examination of thoracic spine transitional vertebrae, and even of the entire spine should be performed when necessary so that a correct diagnosis should be made.
