摘要
目的和方法:应用血管铸型扫描电镜法,对听源性癫痫大鼠海马的微血管进行了观察.结果:癫痫大鼠海马的微血管走行与正常大鼠相似,但其微血管形态与正常大鼠相比有明显差异.癫痫大鼠海马微动脉的内皮细胞核压迹分布无一定规律,微动脉内表面凹凸不平.癫痫大鼠海马的小管径微动脉环行平滑肌压迹急剧增多,癫痫大鼠海马微血管间的吻合形式复杂.有微动脉——微动脉吻合.微动脉——微静脉吻合,毛细血管——毛细血管吻合等.微血管特殊形态的种类与数量也比正常大鼠多.结论:癫痫大鼠海马微血管的形态变化可能与癫痫有一定关系.
The hippocampal microvessels in the rat with audiogenic seizure were studied by scanning electron microscopy on corrosion casts. The results showed that the hippocampal vasculature in the epilepsia rat was similar to that of normal rats. Compared with the normal rat. there was significant difference in the morphology of the hippocampal microvessels in the epilepsia rat. The nuclear impression of endothelial cells on the hippocampal arteriole in the epilepsia rat was irregular. and the interior surface of the arteriole was uneven. The impression of smooth muclear cells on minor arterioles increased greatly. Arteriole-arteriole anastomosis . artcriole-venule anastomosis . capillary-capillary anastomosis were common anastomotic types between hippocampal microvessels in the epilepsia rat. The type and the number of the special hippocampal microvessels in the epilepsia rat were more than that in the normal rat. The results suggested that the morphological changes of hippocampal microvessels in the epilepsia rat might be associated with audiogenic seizure.
