化学性腰交感神经切除术治疗下肢缺血性疾病

CHEMICAL SYMPATHECTOMY FOR ISCHEMIA OF LOWER EXTREMITY

目的：减少腰交感神经切除术的并发症和降低死亡率。方法：用腰椎拍片定位法行化学性腰交感神经切除术治疗１８例下肢缺血性疾病。结果：显效８例（４４．４％）；改善７例（３８．９％），获得满意效果，特别是止痛效果更明显，对雷诺病患者可收到立杆见影的效果。结论：对于下肢动脉闭塞性疾病而又没有良好的流出道可供血管重建或血管重建术后效果不佳，特别是雷诺病，均可考虑施行化学性腰交感神经切除术。

Objective: To reduce morbidity and mortality of lumbar sympathectomy, the chemical sympathectomy was adopted to treat the occlusive arterial diseases of the lower extremity. Methods:With localization by Xray, chemical sympathectomy was performed on 18 patients with peripheral vascular diseases of the leg. Results:Eight (44.4%) patients obtained marked improvement and 7(38.9%) patients had good results. This procedure can obtain good analgesic results and bring about dramatic relief of symptoms for those with Raynaud disease. Conclusion: This procedure can be performed on all those with occlusive arterial diseases without enough runoff for bypass.
