针刺对血浆骨动素、生长抑素及内皮素的影响及其意义

The influence and significance of acupuncture on the plasma motilin,somatostain and endothelin in healthy subjects

目的：探讨针刺调整胃肠功能机理中胃肠激素的作用．方法：对４０名健康人进行针刺胃肠相关穴位试验，随机分４组，即天枢组、巨虚组、非穴位刺激组及空白组．各针刺组均观察针刺前、中、后６次血浆ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ及ＥＴ水平的动态变化．空白组不行针刺，只观察同一时间内ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ及ＥＴ水平的自然波动．结果：空白组在１５０ｍｉｎ内先后６次血浆ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ及ＥＴ水平波动甚微；非穴位组与空白组之间无显著差异；各组在针前各自血浆ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ及ＥＴ也无显著差异；然而，两个针刺穴位组在针后血浆ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ及ＥＴ含量均显著高于针刺前水平；其中血浆ＭＴＬ在起针后６０ｍｉｎ仍显著高于针刺前水平；但ＳＳ，ＥＴ在起针后即很快恢复正常．结论：针刺机体特定穴位所致这种血浆胃肠激素的变化，提示了血浆ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ及ＥＴ均参与了针刺对胃肠功能的调整过程，这将为进一步探明针刺调整胃肠功能的作用机理提供了重要的理论线索．

Aim:To study the modulation mechanism of acupuncture in gastrointestinal functions. Methods:Forthy healthy human subjects were acupunctured,they were divided into 4 groups(each n=10),group tianshu(on tianshu and guanyuan points),group juxu (on shangjuxu and xiajuxu points),control group with acupuncture in none acupoints and without acupuncture. The changes of plasma motilin,somatostatin and endothelin levels before,during and after acupuncture were observed respectively. Results: The plasma motilin,somatostatin and endothelin levels in tianshu and juxu groups after acupuncture were much higher than that before acupuncture (P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively),while six times the concentration of motilin,somatostatin and endothelin in 150 min in control group with without acupuncture and control group with dispoints had little change (P>0.05). The plasma motilin levels in 60 min after stopping acupuncture were higher than that before acupuncture. Conclusion:The study indicate that acupuncture at different points of the body may stimulate the release of plasma motilin,somatostatin and endothelin. It provides available reference for probing the adjusting mechanism of acupuncture on gastrointestinal functions.
