目的：比较四种超声检测方法用于诊断和鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤时的优势和局限性，期望探索一种简易有效的乳腺检查方法．方法：１０４例乳腺原发性肿块按其二维声像图特征（２ＤＵＳ），彩色多普勒（ＣＤＦＩ）血流分级和能量多普勒显像（ＰＤＩ）上有无穿入性血管，分别诊断为良性或恶性，并比较了良恶性肿瘤周边及瘤内血流的脉冲多普勒（ＰＷＤ）频谱特点，检查结果与病理对照．结果：与红外线热图像相比，单独使用２ＤＵＳ，ＣＤＦＩ，ＰＤＩ或ＰＷＤ中的任何一种方法并不具有十分明显的优势．如果将它们结合使用，可明显提高乳腺超声检查的准确性．结论：“四功超声”可以较好地用来鉴别乳腺肿瘤的良恶性．
