摘要
目的:探讨在应激和注射消炎痛诱导的胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜白细胞介素8(IL8)免疫反应阳性物质含量的变化.方法:将浸水应激、注射消炎痛大鼠各自分为05,1,2和4h组,取胃窦标本进行免疫组化染色,并以图像分析方法分析各个时间点胃粘膜细胞中IL8免疫阳性物质含量的变化.结果:与正常对照组相比,在浸水应激、注射消炎痛05h时大鼠胃粘膜细胞内IL8免疫反应阳性物质含量明显降低,随着时间延长IL8含量水平逐渐回升,4h时明显高于05h时,但仍较正常对照组为低.结论:浸水应激或消炎痛性胃溃疡形成早期,胃窦部粘膜细胞内IL8一过性被释放到细胞外,同时可能由于胃粘膜细胞中IL8的合成增强,导致粘膜细胞内IL8含量水平回升.
Aim: To investigate the change of immunoreactive IL8 in the rat gastric mucosal cell during stress and indomethacininduced ulcer Methods: Immunocytochemical ABC method and image analysis were applied Results: Half hour after cold water stress or indomethacin administration, the quantity of immunoreactive IL8 dropped markedly in the gastric mucosal cell of ulcer rats comparing with normal rats, then rose again slowly with the time elapsing Conclusion: In the early stage of ulcer, IL8 was secreted from the mucosal cell transiently and at the same time, the synthesis of IL8 may be strengthened The role of IL8 in the development of ulcer and its mechanism need further study
