2007年我院氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用统计分析

Utilijation Analysis of Quinolones in Our Hospital in 2007 Year

目的观察我院氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的使用情况。方法采用WHO推行的ATC分类和约定日剂量DDD等系列分析方法。结果我院有氟喹诺酮类注射剂11个品种,口服剂13个品种,使用金额占抗菌药物的14.6%,用药频度,抗菌药物使用密度124197.26DDD,286.52DDD(1 000人天),抗菌药物费用密度6332.41元(/1 000人天),平均日用费用为22.10元/DDD。各品种使用差异大(P<0.05),注射剂DDDS和使用密度是口服的15.3倍和15倍,抗菌药物费用密度注射剂是口服剂的60倍,平均日用金额注射剂是口服剂的39倍。结论氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物在我院应用广泛,在有效干预下氟喹诺酮类药物应用逐趋向合理。

Objective To investigate the use condition of quinolones in our hospital. Methods Adopting ATC classification and DDD analytical method recommend by WHO. Results It was found that quinolones in our hospital consisted of 11 kinds of injections and 13 kinds of oral preparations, accounting for 14.6% of the consumption sum of the total antibacterials,with DDDs, antibiotic drug use density, antibiotic drug cost densities,and average daity drug expenses at 124197.267DDD ,286.52DDD/（ 1000 person day）,63321.41 yuan/（ 1000 person day）and 22.10 yuan/DDD,respectively. The utilijation varied greatly with different kinds（P〈 0.05）. The DDDs and drug use density of injection were 15.3 times and 15 times those of oral preparations：the drug cost density of injections of antibiotics was 60 times that of oral preparations,and the average daily expense of injection was 39 times that of oral preparations. Conclusion The quinolones is a kind of commonlyused antimicrobial in our hospital, at valid intervention under, the application of quinalones tends reasonable gradually.
