摘要
目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法自1997～2007年,对40例平均年龄为77.5岁(70～85岁)股骨颈骨折患者行人工股骨头置换术。结果所有病人均安全度过手术期,也均得到随访,随访1～3年,采用Harris功能评分,本组病例优18例,良13例,中5例,差4例,优良率77.5%。结论70岁以上老人股骨颈骨折进行人工股骨头置换术治疗是可行的。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly. Methods From 1997 to 2007,40 patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with artificial femoral head replacement,the age was 77.5 years old（70 ～ 85years）. Results All the patients were safe during the opretion time.Followed up for 1～3 years. According to Harris score,the curative effects were better in 18 eases,good in 13eases,fair in5 eases and poor in 4 cases. The satisfaction rate was 77.5%. Conclusion The results suggest that artificial femoral head replacement for the aged femoral neck fractrue is secure and possible.
