女性急性心肌梗死的临床特点及防治探讨

Clinical Characteristics of Acute Myocardial Infarction in Female Patients and Investigation of Prevention and Treatment

目的探讨女性急性心肌梗死的临床特征以提高防治效果。方法回顾分析46例女性AMI患者的临床资料,并与110例男性AMI患者作对比研究。结果与男性相比,女性患者年龄较大,高血压和糖尿病患病率较高,症状不典型,冠脉病变重,住院期间病死率较高。结论由于女性AMI发病的复杂和特殊性,临床工作中要加以警惕和重视。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of female patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods A total of 46 Patients with AMI were treated, and the clinical data were collected. Results In-hospital death rate was significantly higher in female than male patients with AMI. Female patients with AMI were significantly older than male patients,had a higher incidence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus. Conclusion With females＇ comlieated and particulor, It must be paid great attention and maintained vigilance.
