泽桂癃爽联合那妥治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床研究

Clinical Study with Zeguilongshuang and α_(1A、1D)-receptor Inhibitor for Treatment of Type ⅢA Prostatitis

目的探讨泽桂癃爽联合那妥治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效。方法150例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分组为泽桂癃爽组、那妥组、泽桂癃爽联合那妥组,每组50人,进行6周的观察。口服泽桂癃爽胶囊2次/d,2粒/次;那妥每晚1次,1粒/次。结果治疗6周后总有效率90%。全组病例观察过程中未发现药物不良反应。结论泽桂癃爽胶囊联合那妥治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of zeguilongshuang in the treatment of type Ilia prostatifis. Methods A total of 150 Type m A Prostatitis patients were enrolled in the trial. Results After 6 week therapy,the total efective rate was 90%. No adverse reaction associated with medication was observed. Conclusion Zeguilongshuang is efective and safe in relieving the subjective symptoms and improving the objective evaluation in the treatment of Type ⅢA Prostatitis patients with α1A、1D-receptor inhibitor.
