计划生育“四术”后随访重要性探讨

目的探讨随访在计划生育"四术"后的重要性。方法对在我街道计生服务中心实行计划生育手术的2184例受术者进行1～12个月的随访,及时记录和分析术后并发症。结果在女性1689例随访对象中,出现不规则阴道流血422例,占24.99%;明显下腹部疼痛526例,占31.14%;出现闭经或月经明显减少354例,占20.99%;白带增多298例,占17.64%;男性495例随访对象中,结扎部位出现结节5例,占1.01%;阴囊肿大3例,占0.61%;性欲减退4例,占0.81%;阳痿1例,占0.20%。结论计划生育"四术"后并发症种类复杂且发生率较高,随访对于及时发现和处理计划生育"四术"的并发症非常重要。

Objective To investigate the importance of family planning（four operation） with Follow-up. Methods 2184 cases of our family planning service center were followed up from 1 to 12 months, the postoperative complications were recorded and analysised in time. Results A total of 1689 cases of female,Irregular vaginal bleeding was 422 cases, siguificantly lower abdomen pains was 526 cases,Amenorrhea or menstruation sigificantly decreased was 354 cases and leucorrhea increasing was 298 cases, and they were 24.99%,31.14%,20.99% and 17.64%;495 cases of male objects,appoared nodules in location of ligature was 5 cases, scrotal swelling was 3 cases,hyposexuality was 4 cases and impotence was 1 case,and they were 1.01%,0.61%,0.81% and 0.20%. Conclusion The complications of family planning（four operation） are complex and high incidence, it is importance of discovery and treatment the complications of family planning（four operation） with follow-up.
