摘要
目的探讨石膏绷带加压包扎治疗头皮血肿的疗效。方法头皮血肿经穿刺抽吸后分别用普通绷带加压包扎和石膏绷带加压包扎,一周后复查。结果本组共438例头皮血肿,其中220例头皮血肿穿刺抽吸后用普通绷带加压包扎,1次治愈131例,2次治愈68例,3次及3次以上治愈21例;218例头皮血肿经穿刺抽吸后用石膏绷带加压包扎全部一次治愈。结论石膏绷带加压包扎治疗头皮血肿疗效肯定,操作简便,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of scalp hematoma with plaster bandage. Methods The scalp hematomas are binded up with general bandage and plaster bandage after purctured and obtained by drawing, and checked after one week. Results 220 cases are binded up with general bandage after punctured and obtained by drawing, 131 cases are cured once,68 cases are cured twice,21 cases are cured three times; 218 cases are binded up with plaster bandage,and they are all cured once. Conclusion The method is simple and effective.
