中药贴穴联用锡类散治疗口腔溃疡临床观察

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and XiLeiSan in Treating the Oral Ulceration

目的观察中药贴涌泉穴及锡类散外用治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法97例口腔溃疡患者随机分为实验组52例,以中药贴涌泉穴加上局部锡类散(改良)。对照组45例,以口腔溃疡膜敷患处治疗,两组均辅以维生素B、C等口服,观察疗效。结果实验组总有效率94.23%。对照组总有效率42.22%,两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论中药贴涌泉穴及外用锡类散(改良)治疗口腔溃疡效果良好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of the traditional Chinese medicine apphed to the Yongquan acupoint and XiLeiSan for treating the oral ulceration. Methods 97 eases with the oral ulceration were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=52） and the control group （n=45）. All the cases in two groups took vitamin Bl,vitamin B2 and vitamin C orally. The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine applied to the Yongquan acupoint and with XiLeiSan spray on the surface of the oral ulceration for treatment. The control group were treated with the oral ulceration membrane applied to the surface of the oral ulceration. Results The excellent rate of the treatment group（94.22%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（42.22%）, P 〈0.01. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine applied to the Yongquan acupoint for treating the oral ulceration is an effective way to treat the oral ulceration.
