摘要
目的:建立调血降脂丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。色谱柱为DiamonsiL C18;流动相为甲醇-水(87∶13);流速为1.0 mL.min^-1;检测波长为270 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在(0.11-0.65)μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1);平均加样回收率为100.1%(n=5),RSD=0.3%。结论:该法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可作为调血降脂丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。
Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill. Medthod:The determination was performed on a DiamonsiL C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water(87:13), the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^-1 and the detection wave length was at 270 nm. Result:The linear ranges of tanshinone ⅡA were at(0.11 - 0.65)μg ( r = 0.999 1) ;The average recovery was 100.1%, RSD = 0.3 % ( n = 5 ). ConcLusion: The method is sensitive, accurate arid reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.
