摘要
目的测量护理人员的核心能力,并探讨影响的人口学变量,为制订针对性培训计划提供依据。方法采用注册护士核心能力量表对300名取得护士执业资格的护士进行问卷调查。结果护理人员核心能力总分48-232(175.42±31.67)分,法律、伦理实践条目均分最高,评判性思维、科研能力最低;影响护理人员核心能力总分及各维度得分的人口学变量主要为:年龄、科室和聘任方式(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护理人员核心能力令人满意,但需加强对评判性思维、科研能力的培养,尤其是对年轻护士、外科和手术室护士以及编制外护士的培养,以提高护理队伍的核心竞争力。
Objective To measure core competency of nurses and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for nursing managers. Methods Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses was conducted on 300 nurses. Results The total score of core competency of nurses was 48-232 (175.42±31.67),with the highest mean scores were dimensions of legal and ethical practice,and with the lowest mean scores were dimensions of critical thinking and research aptitude. The demographic influencing factors were age ,department,and employment style. Conclusions The core competency of nurses was satisfactory,but the cultivation for clinical thinking and research aptitude should be strengthened,especially for young nurses,and nurses working in surgery department and operation room,as well as the contract nurses.
