Nurging care of 5 patients with extramammary Paget's disease receiving reconstructive surgery

总结了5例乳腺外佩吉特病患者围手术期的护理经验。术前做好心理护理、术前准备、合并症的护理。术后做好切口及皮瓣的护理、引流管及尿管的护理、体位的管理、饮食指导,其中避免皮瓣受压、预防皮瓣感染是确保皮瓣成活的关键。本组皮瓣全部成活,其中4例切口甲级愈合,1例皮瓣远端边缘有2.0cm×2.5cm的创面,经换药愈合。

To summarize the perioperative nursing experiences in five patients with extramammary Paget＇s disease. Preoperative care emphasized mental care,preparation and complication care. After operation,more attention should be paid to the incision and flap care ,drainage tube and urinary tube care ,the management of body position as well as dietary guidance. The key points to ensure the viability of flap was to avoid pressing and infection. The flaps of these patients all survived, four cases＇ incisions were primary healing,and one case delayed healing with wound of 2.0cm×2.5cm surface area at the far end the flap.
