摘要
报告了1例马凡综合DeBakeyⅢb型主动脉夹层患者的护理。具体护理措施包括:尽早发现、合理转运;病情监测;避免情绪波动;保持大便通畅;解除恶心呕吐;避免打喷嚏、剧烈咳嗽等症状;进行出院健康指导等。
To report the nursing care of a patient with Marfan Syndrome aortic dissection（DeBakey Ⅲb）. The specific nursing interventions included ：discovering the patient＇s problem at an early stage,transferring the patient in a proper way,monitoring vital signs and other states of the illness,avoiding mood fluctuation,preventing constipation,eliminating nausea and vomit as soon as possible,avoiding sneeze and severe cough,improving quality of sleep and the level of comfort,and giving health care instructions before discharge.
