早期经口进食有助于喉癌术后咽瘘的愈合

The efficacy of early oral feeding nursing in pharyngocutaneous fistula after total laryngectomy

20例咽瘘采用早期经口进食护理。其中喉癌15例,下咽癌5例。术后第10天开始经口进食,同时给予局部清洁与全身支持治疗。20例咽瘘在5-12d愈合,平均8.3d。临床全喉切除术后采用早期经口进食护理有利于咽瘘的愈合。

To study the efficacy of early stage oral feeding therapy in pharyngocutaneous fistula atfter total laryngectomy. Twenty cases were treated with early oral feeding therapy since the tenth day postoperatively. All of them were administrated with general intravenous antibiotics, volume retaining therapy , psychiatric nursing.All the Local wounds were cleaned and the dressing were changed every day. All the patients have been cured of pharyngocutaneous fistula. Statistic records showed that the early oral feeding group recovered faster than the nasogastric feeding group. Patients with pharyngocutaneous fistula after total laryngectomy can administrated early oral feeding therapy.
