管道冰堵位置检测传感器的卡具研究

Research on clamp of sensor in checking ice-jamming position of pipe

利用应变式传感器对管道冰堵位置进行检测时,为操作方便,避免多次粘贴应变片,建议采用可以多次拆装的卡具元件。本文对卡具元件在检测过程中的受力情况进行了理论分析,并应用有限元分析软件进行了应变模拟,为卡具的使用奠定了理论基础。

When the ice-jamming position of pipe was checked by resistance strain sensation,it was proposed to adopt a clamp which could be dismantled and installed times without number to make the operation convenient and avoid affixing resistance strain flakes repeatedly. In this paper, the loading situation of clamp was analyzed theoretically and the distribution of strain was simulated through finite element method. All the analysis lays a foundation for the use of clamp in checking ice-jamming position of pipe.
