A Contrast Similarity Function-Tree’s Extension Method Based on Extension Theory

产品概念设计阶段常用功能树的方法来获取设计解。在可拓学关联函数的基础上,结合相似理论,提出了一种对比相似度计算方法,以计算对比相似功能间的相似度。在此基础上提出一种通过对原始功能树添加对比相似功能来扩展功能树的方法,使设计信息得以丰富、设计解空间得以扩大,从而增加获得创新解的可能性。实例验证了此方法的有效性。

Functional tree method is often used to gain design solutions during the process of conceptual design. A formula to calculate contrast similarity degree is presented by the combination of dependent function of extension theory with similarity theory. And then, a new method of functional tree＇s extension is given by adding contrast similarity functions to the original functional tree. Thus, the information of design problems is enriched, and the solution space is enlarged. As a result, the possibility to attain innovational solutions increases. An application example shows the availability of the method.
