施工支架施工过程模拟和横向分布系数计算

摘要 以南江大桥为工程背景,建立平面杆系模型,分别计算施工支架分四个施工阶段施工和一个阶段施工的内力。然后建立桥墩和箱梁混凝土实体模型,施工支架用桁架单元模拟,分析施工支架的荷载横向分布系数。研究结果表明,不考虑施工过程的影响,得到支架的计算结果误差约为13%,当箱梁腹板的重心偏向支架外侧,且支架的荷载横向联系的刚度较弱时,应考虑横向分布系数的影响。 Inner force of construction frame is calculated using plane frame model, taking Nanjiang Bridge as engineering background. The construction stage is divided separately into 4 and 1. Concrete pier and concrete box girder is simulated by using solid model, and transverse load distribution of construction frame is calculated by beam element and link element. The research resuhs indicate that the numerical results errors of construction frame are about 13 % if construction stage is ignored. Transverse load distribution should be calculated when gravity centre of box girder web is biased to outside construction frame and rigidity of lateral contact is weak.
