摘要
芽孢杆菌BJ-6分离于杏树根部土壤,对多种植物病原真菌有抑菌活性,试验制备其抗血清,明确ELISA反应条件,用于相似抗原性生防菌的筛选。分别以芽孢杆菌BJ-6的抗菌蛋白和菌体研磨物为免疫抗原,制备出两种抗血清,采用间接ELISA方法测定发现:其效价分别为1:3200和1:6400;所购辣根过氧化物酶标记羊抗兔抗体效价为1:7000;待测抗原可在37℃3h、4℃18h+37℃3h、37℃3h+4℃18h和4℃18h条件下包被;初步测定两种抗血清具有种的特异性。
The strain of Bacillus sp. BJ-6 was isolated from the soil of apricot trees and showed strong inhibitory activity against plant pathogens. Two antisera of Bacillus sp. BJ-6 were successfully prepared by immunized the healthy male rabbits with the antifungal protein antigen and the somatic antigen. In the indirect ELISA, The titers of the two antisera were respectively 1：3200 and 1：6400. The titer of HRP-labeled secondary antibody was 1：7000. In addition, the two antisera showed species-specific to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
