摘要
为了分析闸瓦工作状态对少量三大件转向架车轮出现不对称轮缘磨耗的影响,基于ADAMS/View建立了基础制动装置的虚拟样机模型,由仿真分析了制动时闸瓦的横移和制动梁的横向受力。结果表明:基础制动装置的结构对制动梁横向受力和横移有一定关系,不利状态下会使某些位置的闸瓦加重轮缘磨耗。
In order to analyze the reasons of wheel flange asymmetrical wear in some three-piece bogies, a virtual prototype of fundamental brake system is constructed based on ADAMS/View. Lateral force of the brake beam and lateral movement of the brake shoe are studied through the simulation research of the virtual prototype. The study shows that the brake system structure is related to the lateral force and lateral movement of some brake shoe, which will increase the flange wear.
