玉米秸秆腐解液中酚酸的检测及对小麦土传病原菌的化感作用 被引量:19

Determination of Phenolic Acids in Decomposing Products of Maize Straw and their Allelopathy on Pathogens of Wheat Soil-borne Disease

摘要 在不同时期提取玉米秸秆腐解液,利用高效液相色谱检测其中酚酸类物质及其含量,并测定检测到的不同酚酸类物质对小麦土传病原菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响率。结果表明,在玉米秸秆腐解液中共检测到5种酚酸类物质,不同时期提取的腐解液中酚酸类物质的种类和含量有所不同,其中在同期腐解液中邻苯二甲酸和苯甲酸含量明显高于其它3种酚酸;5种酚酸类物质对3种病原菌的菌丝生长及对禾顶囊壳小麦变种(Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici)和平脐蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana(Sacc.)Shoem.)的孢子萌发具有不同程度的促进或抑制作用,且随着浓度的增高而作用趋势增强。 Maize straw residue was decomposed under laboratory conditions, and filtered at different times. Phenolic acids were measured by HPLC. The effects of phenolic acids on spore bourgeon and mycelial growth of pathogens of winter wheat soil-borne disease were tested. The results showed that five kinds of phenolic acids were discovered in decomposing products of maize straw, the types and contents of phenolic acids were different in the decomposing products of different periods, Pathalic acid and Frulic acid in the decomposed liquid filtered at the same time were higher than other three kinds of phenolic acids; the three kinds of pathogens and the bourgeoning of G.graminis and B.sorokiniana were accelerated and restrained by five kinds of phenolic acids, and the process was stronger with the increase of concentration.
