以神龙汽车公司为背景,探讨汽车备件的配送网络设计。具体分析了神龙汽车公司备件产品配送组织,将汽车备件物流网络规划问题简化为配送中心选址问题,提出了神龙汽车公司在全国范围内备件配送中心选址的0-1混合整数规划模型,并借助Excel对模型求解,最后对求解结果进行讨论。
In the background of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. , and mainly concerns auto service spare part distribution network design, A 0-1 mix integer programming model is put forward regarding the location of the distribution centre of the company. An optimal result was calculated by Excel with a further discussion.
