摘要
通过对北京市平谷区果品产业的实地调研,总结了果品在生产、贮藏加工、销售方面存在的主要问题,针对这些问题,从有机果品生产、设施栽培、病虫害防控、储藏保鲜、果园管理、质量安全、果品流通、队伍建设等方面提出了果品产业可持续发展的科技需求对策。
Under the environment of demand improvement and limited nature resource, fruit industry is faced with a series of problems on development space, economic benefit, marketing and so on. The fundamental way for sustainable development of fruit industry lies in science and technology. Based on field survey in Pinggu District of Beijing, this paper summarizes the main problems on production, storage and processing, marketing. To solve these problems, this paper makes suggestions on science and technology need of organic fruit production, facility cultivation, prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests, fresh storage, orchard management, quality safety, circulation, team construction for fruit industry sustainable development.
