摘要 目的发挥多媒体技术在外科护理教学中的优势作用,正确面对使用多媒体教学存在的问题,掌握多媒体技术在外科护理教学中的应用原则。方法通过实践教学,选取100名学生随机分成两组分别选用多媒体教学和传统教学模式进行,课后比照教学效果。结果多媒体教学模式对于学生理解知识具有极大的优势,学生一次性完全理解难点知识的人数占全组总人数的74%,而传统教学此比例只达到24%。结论实践表明多媒体教学使内容更加形象易懂,学生学习热情积极主动,教学效率大大提高。然而我们也要认识到多媒体教学存在的误区,只有有效地将现代化教学形式与传统教学形式有机结合,才能更好地为护理教学服务。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to take advantage of multimedia in surgical nursing teaching, to envisage various problems in multimedia teaching, and to grasp the principle of implementing multimedia in surgical nursing teaching. Methods A teaching experiment is executed in class: multimedia teaching method and traditional teaching method are applied on 100 chosen students who are randomly divided into two groups, respectively. Then two teaching methods results are compared to see the difference. Results The multimedia teaching shows great advantages in helping students understanding the content taught in class. The experiments indicates that 74% students entirely understood the difficulties taught by multimedia teaching, while only 24% students grasped that by traditional teaching. Conclusion Education experiments show that multimedia teaching makes class lectures more understandable, increases students' enthusiasm and improves learning efficiency.However we should realize the shortcoming of multimedia and mistakes made in multimedia teaching. To obtain better results of surgical nursing teaching, we have to combine the multimedia teaching and the tradtional teaching properly.
