我院86例药品不良反应报告回顾性分析

Analyzing Retrospectively on Reports of 86 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital

目的统计和分析我院2004年至2007年药品不良反应的发生和分布情况,为临床安全、有效、经济、合理的使用药物提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对我院收集的86例药品不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果86例药品不良反应报告中,排名前3位的分别是抗菌药物54例、中成药9例和激素类药物6例。结论加强药品不良反应监测,促进临床科室合理用药,保障人民群众的健康安全。

Objective To statistics and analyze the features of adverse drug reactions （ADR） from 2004 to 2007 in our hospital and to promote clinic safe. effective, economical and rational drug use. Methods A total of 86 ADR cases collected in our hospital were classified and analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 86 ADR cases, the anti-infective drugs were top one（54 cases） , followed by traditional Chinese medicine（9 cases） and hormone drugs（6 cases） . Conclusion ADR monitoring should be emphasized to ensure clinic rational drug use and the people＇ s health.
